Had the best experience of my life. Came here to purchase my first car and felt like I made the best decision of my life. Briant my sales guy did an amazing job listening to what it is I wanted and why my budget was. He found several cars in my range and he made this process a breeze. Tony is like the magician he got me covered and again worked with my budget. He explained everything and was very honest. I left feeling comfortable and at peace with my decision. I would recommend City World Hyuandi to anyone. The staff there are AMAZING!!!!!

"Great Service Department!"

 Anytime I bring my car to get serviced I have a good experiencing. Lenny (manager), Jessica Rodriguez and Fritz Theodore are always, courteous, professional and honest when diagnosing my car. Fritz is always courteous, patient and helpful in explaining what is actually wrong with my car; . Jessica is always courteous and smiling when checking you in. Lenny is also professional and leads the service department with class. Honesty is everything and this service shop models that!

"I came all the way from western Queens"

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. i came all the way from western queens to purchase a new car and it was well worth the travel. from the inquiry online and text messages, and being greeted at the entrance with my salesperson expecting me I felt nothing but respected and listened to. My salesperson Dionis made this entire transaction seamless and pain free, for both himself and for myself. Negotiating took place and i was able to snatch a new car at and excellent price. They even gave me an extra discount after we had settled on a price. who does that? everything was thoroughly explained and i did not feel rushed. we stayed well past the closing time of 8, and i left with everything taken care of without any frustration or issues. The salespeople, manager, finance department are all fantastic and look out for you above everything else. I would probably trek out here to get any work done on my car as I liked this place so much. A huge big shoutout to City World Hyundai :)
